| 1 teaspoon organic green tea | 1 avocado | 1/2 cup filtered water | tablespoon organic rice (brown or white is fine) | 1 tablespoon local honey | 1 banana | allow green tea and rice to sit in water for up 12 hours. add honey, avocado and banana to be blended like a smoothie for your face! stores in the fridge for a week and makes about 4 masks.
